Hello, I’m Jane Osborne, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way to Breathe Pilates. As a comprehensively qualified Pilates instructor (PTT, IICT-approved) , my journey has been deeply rooted in supporting people living with chronic pain, injury recovery, and physical limitations. My approach is gentle, patient, and personalised—focused on helping you reconnect with your body, ease tension, and build strength in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
Whether you’re here to recover, strengthen, or simply take time for yourself, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way in a calm, encouraging, and personalised environment.

Our classes take place in the bright and spacious studios of the Sandel Centre in Coleraine and Dunloy Parish Centre Ballymena.
Both locations are designed with your comfort and wellbeing in mind. The centres offer free on-site parking, accessible entrances, and clean, well-maintained changing facilities.
The spaces are calm and welcoming, with plenty of natural light and a peaceful atmosphere that enhances your Pilates experience. All necessary equipment is provided, and we ensure a relaxed, supportive environment where you can focus fully on your practice.
